Special bass for auction… It’s pink!

I’m pleased to announce that the folks at Daisy Rock Guitars are hosting an auction on behalf of my dear friend Kelly Buchanan. Kelly is one of my best friends from Berklee and we have rocked many a club together as a girl-power duo back in the day.

Kelly was injured in a hockey game a while back and is still in the process of recovering from severe head trauma. She is a Daisy Rock sponsored artist and they have donated a Rock Candy bass in Atomic Pink to Kelly to raise some much-needed funds.

Kelly brought the bass by the set of The View while we were taping the show in NYC the day that Love On The Inside was released. Jennifer, Kristian, and I all signed it and took lots of pics and video of the exchange.

I was so impressed with the bass that I decided to get one for myself and started pulling it out every night at the end of the show on “Love Shack.”

You know how you watch old videos from the 80’s and think “Geez, how did people get up onstage and wear that and think it was cool?” That’s sort of how I feel about this particular wig, only instead of experiencing that feeling 10 years down the road, I’m feeling it right now.

Anyway. The point is, that this is a REALLY SPECIAL collector’s item AND it’s for a great cause. So… Check it out here on ebay and bid away!
