I hope the judge at least makes the bad guys stay in jail! My company has stores in the New Orleans area...Tuesday, I called one to follow-up on an inventory, and instead of answering the phone with the customary "Thank you for callling Anna's Linens," I hear "WHO DAT?" in my ear....oops! I suspect customers in the area wouldn't mind such a greeting right about now...thought I'm not sure how our company president might react =) Amazing!
