This is all awesome. Steve, I recommend “FIreflies.” It’s really quirky and I dig it! Alisha, you have like every song! Impressive!

    Actually downloaded off iTunes:

    I Gotta Feeling – BEP
    Fireflies – Owl City

Though I have 14 of the 25 songs in my collection either from entire albums or compilations of various artists. Or from sharing with the BFF ;)

Since you asked…this OLD person doesn’t own anything on which to download songs (no mp3 player or ipod)…well, wait, I do own a computer, and I did actually make my first itunes purchase last week (SugarLand’s “Wide Open”) here on my work computer (hope I don’t get fired and lose it).

So, if ZERO counts on your poll, check that for me please =)

That’s one of the worst lists I’ve seen in quite some time. The only song that I’ve downloaded is Don’t Stop Believin’…but I’m an 80’s freak. That list just doesn’t do it for me.

Ok…I am not the download person in our house that is Roy/dad he doesn’t use Itunes often …..however my thought on the list is it seems most of these songs came out (exception of Don’t Stop Believn) in the last few years. Were some of these songs only on Itunes? I can think of lots of huge hits that even though out before I tunes came about would be successful on Itunes. Guess I just don’t get how it all works. I still buy CD’s. Had I only an option to buy on itunes I think there are about 5 I would buy.
    5) “Viva la Vida,” Coldplay
    21) “Don’t Stop Believin’,” Journey
    23) “Use Somebody,” Kings of Leon
    1) “I Gotta Feeling,” Black Eyed Peas
    18) “Hey There Delilah,” Plain White T’s
    So there are my thoughts!

    I only have 5:

    Love Story

    Single Ladies
    Don’t Stop Believin’
    Party in the USA

Now, I can’t believe there wasn’t any Sugarland songs on there!

I only have “Love Story” and I didn’t download it, I bought the CD.

My iPod is too full of Sugarland and older Jennifer Nettles stuff … I might get “Party in the USA” cuz we all know Jennifer loves that song!

Guilty… i definitely have all of those.

I think I go through phases where I listen to a lot of pop and top 40… but there’s definitely times, especially now, since my car radio is broken where I really feel sort of out of the loop – so I discover a lot of new (as well as old) and random stuff on my own. I actually think I like that better… I may not even get the radio fixed. Haha.
