Hi Annie! Didn’t have the ability to see you folks live but did see live concert on TV. There is a certain excitment and energy level on stage that I envy yet also enjoy. Would love to have an opportunity like yours someday. You are the concrete that solidifies everything. YOU ROCK!

Hey! I haven’t gotten the chance to see a live show yet but I’ve watched the Sounstage concert you did in Chicago on tv. You are extremely lucky to have the chance to be going on tour and doing what you love on a daily basis. I play bass also, and think that the opportunity to do what you do would be absolutely amazing! Keep playing because you are awesome at it! Thanks for being such a great role model for other basists and musicians out there. God bless (:

Hey Annie… Not sure if you remember or not, but you DM’ed me on Twitter a while back about if I played bass and how, in general, we needed more female musicians. I was waiting for you to follow me back so I could DM you, but you never did. I had a story behind why I asked the question. Back in April, I was talking to a guy who used to play in a Christian band. I mentioned that I had an acoustic at one point, but never had anyone to teach me so I sold it… then I tried to learn keyboard, but didn’t practice enough. He said I should learn bass. As soon as I did, I’d be in 3 bands, since female bass players are hard to find. When I realized you also played bass, that’s why I asked the question. I am interested in learning, but don’t have the instrument or anyone to teach me. I do live in the Nashville area (on the edge of Cool Springs/Franklin and Brentwood) if you’re ever interested in teaching bass.
